About

Technology should handle the work that doesn't need a person.

No business should be losing customers to a follow-up nobody remembered, and no owner should have to keep their email, leads, CRM and notifications in their head to stop it happening. That's a systems failure, and it's fixable.

Our story

Why FlowBuddy exists

FlowBuddy started from a pattern we kept seeing: businesses that were doing well, but where an alarming amount of the operation lived in one person's head and one person's inbox, and nobody could say what it was costing them, because nothing anywhere counted it.

The symptoms were always the same. Enquiries that sat unanswered overnight. Follow-ups that happened when someone remembered. A CRM that had stopped reflecting reality. Reports rebuilt by hand every week. And revenue leaving quietly, in ones and twos, with no alert and no line in any report to show it had gone.

None of that is a people problem. Those teams were working hard. The problem was that the systems around them did not connect, so a person had to stand in the gap and move information across by hand, every day, forever.

So we build the connections. We map how a business runs, find the repetitive work sitting between the tools, and turn it into systems that run on their own, with people involved at the points where judgement matters.

What we believe

Four things we're fairly firm about

01

Software should do the repetitive part

If a task follows the same steps every time, a person should not be the one doing it. That is not a productivity opinion. It is what software is for.

02

Automate the work, not the people

We are not in the business of helping companies cut headcount. We are in the business of making sure nobody on your team spends their day as a copy-paste bridge between two systems.

03

Build around the business, not the tool

Every business has a process that is its own. We design around the way you work, exceptions included, instead of asking you to change to suit a template.

04

A system you cannot understand is a liability

We document what we build and walk your team through it. If your automation only makes sense to us, we have handed you a dependency, not a system.

The team

Meet the people building your system

Two people, in the Philippines. One works out what your business needs and what is worth solving first; the other builds it. You deal with both of them directly, start to finish, and neither of them is a support queue.

Most businesses don't need more software. They need the software they already have to actually work together.

What we say in every first conversation

Systems & build

JC

Founder & GTM Engineer

Handles everything technical. Maps the process, designs the workflow, connects the platforms, writes the logic, wires in the AI where it earns its place, and tests it against the awkward cases that break naive automations. If it runs in production, it was built here.

Turns your business processes into working automation systems.

Strategy & operations

Veronica

Co-Founder, COO & CMO

Your first point of contact. Works out how your business runs: where the revenue comes from, where the operation strains, and which bottlenecks are worth solving first, then makes sure that understanding reaches the build without anything getting lost in translation.

Connects your business needs, sales, marketing and operations with the automation strategy.

What that involves

What building your system takes

Connecting two apps is the easy part. This is the rest of it: the work that decides whether the system is still running in six months.

System architecture

Working out what should be one workflow, what should be five, and where the system needs to hand back to a person.

Automation design

Mapping the process as it runs, exceptions included, before anything gets built, so the automation fits the business rather than the other way round.

CRM implementation

Pipelines, custom fields, stages, routing and lead sources set up so the records maintain themselves instead of needing a weekly tidy-up.

Workflow testing

Run against the awkward cases: the duplicate enquiry, the missing field, the person who replies six weeks later. Those are what break naive automations.

Documentation & handover

Written up and walked through with your team. A system only we understand is a dependency we have handed you, not an asset.

Monitoring & optimisation

Alerts when something needs a person, fixes when something breaks, and extensions as new bottlenecks appear. Businesses change; systems drift.

How we work together

Strategy meets systems.

Most automation projects fail in the gap between "what the business needs" and "what got built". We closed it by keeping the team small enough that the handoff is a conversation between people who talk constantly, not a document thrown over a wall.

One of us works out what the business needs. The other builds it. Together, FlowBuddy makes sure the automation works for the business.

  1. Strategy
    Co-Founder, COO & CMO

Understands the business, its goals, the sales process, the marketing requirements, the operational strain, and what needs to improve.

  2. Systems
    Founder & GTM Engineer

Turns those business requirements into practical automation workflows and connected systems that hold up in production.

  3. FlowBuddy
The system you end up with

Automation built around how your business works, not around a template someone else's business needed.

Our mission

Build the systems that stop businesses losing work they never knew they lost.

Let's find out what your business shouldn't be doing by hand.
